Im September hat unsere Praktikantin Marie Robitzsch an verschiedenen Projekten des IfG mitgewirkt.
Das IfG bietet dauerhaft Praktikumsplätze an. Praktikanten/Praktikantinnen werden vollwertig in die laufenden Projekte eingebunden. In September, our intern Marie Robitzsch participated in various projects of the IfG. The IfG offers permanently internships. Interns are fully integrated into the ongoing projects. |

„Optimale Ressourcensteuerung im Krankenhaus mit Hilfe von Produktivitätskennziffern“ Der Beitrag setzt sich zum Ziel, aufzuzeigen, wie ein Krankenhaus mit Hilfe von betriebswirtschaftlichen Kennziffern den Ressourceneinsatz in Richtung eines Optimums steuern kann. Steuerungsziel ist es, die Ressourcen, ausgedrückt in Kosten, so zu steuern, dass in allen Abteilungen eines Krankenhauses pro Kosteneinheit die gleiche Case Mix Punkte erwirtschaftet werden. The aim of this article is to show how a hospital can control the use of resources in the direction of an optimum with the help of business management indicators. The aim is to control the resources, expressed in costs, in such a way that the same case mix points are generated per cost unit in all departments of a hospital.
